Hughes, Jr., and two Members of Congress, Rep. Al Green and Rep. Gene Green, were among the hundreds who attended the reception and celebration of the Grand Opening of the new District headquarters for the ILA s South Atlantic and Gulf Coast District. District President Clyde Fitzgerald proclaimed the opening dedication as a new day and the beginning of a bright future for the ILA s South Atlantic and Gulf Coast District. The new District headquarters at located at 914 Clear Lake City Boulevard, Webster, Texas.
